The room was exceptionally clean and modest and the facilities included a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a personal safe, tea and coffee making equipment. The beds were comfy, view on the mountains was nice. The location was marvellous and lovely, at a medium distance from Santa Fe. Located in 5 minutes' walk to the downtown, the staff were very, very nice.

Nothing too much trouble, I enjoyed this hotel and strongly recommend. It was a nice property in a secure area, short walk to the Monastery of Santa Catalina, many sightseeing places, and the historic centre. The breakfast offered variety of options and was great. The rooms were modest and airy, with a nice view.

We recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel in the historical center of this beautiful city. The location was perfect, right in the pedestrian streets and just steps away from the iconic Monastery. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. They even offered to store our luggage and arranged taxi transfers for us. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, providing us with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Rooms in backpart are very noisy on Fridays and Saturdays. Several discos/clubs have music on until 5 am. Pool was closed. Only two electricity plugs in room which are supposed to supply two bedside lamps and the TV. For 78 Usd a bit overpriced.

Wi fi did not work all the time, leak from the toilet, hot water not available at all times, the entrance to the hotel did not have easy access for suitcases, bumpy floor made hard to pull them. Street very narrow for taxi cab to park at the entrance of hotel, we had to pull over half block away from the entrance and crossed the street with our suitcases.

Being in the heart of the city, I couldn't have asked for a better place to explore. Secondly, the service and attention to detail were exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and well-appointed, offering stunning views of the mountains. Plus, having breakfast included with a wide variety of options was the perfect way to start each day.
